Refund Policy

1. Principle: No Refunds
We generally do not refund amounts already paid for your NEVO subscription — including no pro-rata refund for the remaining, unused portion of a billing period. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation (see Terms and Conditions, Section 6).
A cancellation only ends the automatic renewal for the future; it does not have retroactive effect on payments already made.
2. Exception: Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
If you conclude the NEVO contract as a consumer (i.e., not as part of your trade/self-employed activity), you are additionally entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The details can be found in our separate Withdrawal Policy. This Refund Policy does not restrict this statutory right; in case of doubt, the Withdrawal Policy applies.
If you are a business/trader, there is no statutory right of withdrawal; only Section 1 applies to you.
3. Exception: Technical or Our Errors
If you were accidentally charged an incorrect amount, charged twice, or charged after you had already cancelled, we will of course refund the amount wrongly charged. Simply contact us (see Section 4).
