Right of Withdrawal

If you conclude the contract for the use of NEVO as a consumer — i.e., not as part of a trade or self-employed professional activity — you are entitled to the following right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Special note for subscriptions: If you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires, and you nevertheless withdraw, you owe us an amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal. For an ongoing subscription this means: you pay a pro-rata amount for the period during which you were already able to use NEVO; we will refund the amount paid beyond that.

Lapse of the Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal lapses prematurely if we have fully performed the service after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires, you have acknowledged that you will thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, and we have provided you with confirmation of this agreement on a durable medium (e.g., by email).

For an ongoing subscription (continuing obligation), the service is typically not "fully performed" as long as the subscription is active — the right of withdrawal therefore generally remains in place for the entire duration of the subscription, even if you have consented to immediate performance.
